Kimberley Taylor, Wife & Mother of 4 children, has a serious addiction to make everything she touches beautiful. With a passion for bringing people together, event styling, home decor and florals is what truly sparked a fire in her. Kimberley has a true passion for this business because she loves being creative and having the opportunity to design events that will always be worth remembering. This is what she truly lives for!

BOOK YOUR LUXURY CHIC EXPERIENCE 

Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit fee is required to hold your picnic date. Please be sure to book 72 hours prior to your desired date. Full payment is due 48 hours prior to your picnic. Any cancellations are to be made 48 hours prior to your picnic. If you need to reschedule, no worries! We would be happy to accommodate your changes based on availability.

FAQ


CAN WE LEAVE WHENEVER WE WANT?

Yes! If you would like to leave earlier than planned, please provide us with a 30-minute notice. You are responsible for the picnic items until we can return.


WHAT HAPPENS IF IT IS SUPPOSED TO RAIN?


Don’t panic! If the forecast predicts rain one day before the event we can offer a home delivery (additional fee might apply depending on the distance) or a reschedule date to a future date within 6 months. The Picnic Chic does not offer a refund.


WHAT ABOUT ALCOHOL?

We do not provide alcohol for any of our picnic experiences. However, we will provide glassware and a wine cooler to accommodate your plans.

WHAT COVID-19 MEASURES ARE IN PLACE?

We want our guests to feel 100% comfortable. We are taking additional steps in accordance with CDC guidelines to help keep everyone safe.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Use our website to choose your picnic package. After that, you will fill out a request form and we will respond in a timely manner to verify we can accommodate your requests. We set up your picnic and have it ready upon arrival. We then return to clean everything up! We do all the work!

HOW LONG DOES THE PICNIC LAST?

Based on the package you select, The picnic experience lasts 2 to 3 hours. After that we charge $25 per each additional hour. We will arrive 30 minutes prior your reservation to setup. 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We don't offer refunds but we can change your reservation time or day at no cost, if given a 72-hour notice. After that, if you decide to reschedule there will be a 50% fee to move your reservation to another date.

In the event of a major force such as natural disaster, pandemic or other major contingency, we do not offer refunds but we can always reschedule your event for up-to a year.
